Donna Mulvihill

Born and raised on Long Island NY my short summers were blessed with sweet beach days and a chilly ocean to swim for a few months before the early fall arrived too soon every year. Florida was our winter destination for our breaks from the harsh frostbite winters. Our future hope to relocate where summers are endless came in 2021 after the longest 2020  winter in New York and our bold relocation to Florida.

As a biological mother of 6 children whose safety and education takes precedence over life’s decisions, my in-depth research of Florida revealed that the county of Saint Johns would be most suitable for my good hopes.

We choose Saint Augustine Beach on Anastasia Island where the sunrises are glorious every morning and kids walk to the ocean after a nice school day to surf or play volleyball in the sand with local friends.

My academic background is history with a BA from SUNY which is enhanced by my tour guide licenses from Saint Augustine.  I love to show visitors around the most beautiful city filled with rich history as the oldest established city in USA.

In New York I had a real estate license that helped my family purchase investment properties in the Finger Lakes.I understand property management and investments that allow wonderful vacations while building equity in a vacation rental property for future generations.
