Joan Young

As a heritage native of Saint Augustine, the oldest permanent settlement in the United States, I trace my family history back to the first Spanish settlers and the Minorcans. I have been a licensed real estate agent and member of the St. Augustine and St. Johns County Board of Realtors for twenty-three years, sharing my knowledge of the area and love of the city and environs with many buyers and sellers along the way. Every transaction has received my personal attention and expertise. As a result of repeat business and referrals, I have enjoyed a rewarding real estate career. In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors, I am a member of the St. Augustine Historical Society and the Lighthouse and maritime Museum. I am a former of member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Retarded Citizens and the Municipal Code Enforcement Board of the City of St. Augustine. I am a retired officer of the St. Augustine Foundation, a non-profit organization engaged I the restoration and preservation of the historic district. As an agent for St. Augustine Realty for over twenty years, I manage real estate transactions throughout St. Johns County, specializing in residential sales in the city, all of Anastasia Island and the beaches.
